Started my third week with this type of workout. This is considered the “heavy week”. It is actually a percentage of a one lift max. Today was bench and squat. Both lifts, in weight, we’re significantly less than my “old” workout.
That’s the philosophy, though. You have to step down a little to start building back up. I’m still not doing any supporting exercises at the end but I’m doing Crossfit in the morning so that might count.
